Cancellation Policy: No cancellation fees will apply to this reservation.

Payment Status: This reservation can be guaranteed by prepayment with a credit card or alternative payment methods

Guarantee Policy: Instantly guarantee this reservation by prepayment! Call *9999999* or Email: [email protected]. Unless guaranteed, this booking could be released in favor of guaranteed bookings on a first come first serve basis. Note that credit card payments attract a 3% merchant fee.

Early Check-in: Subject to availability; Guests who wish to have immediate access to their rooms prior to the hotel’s check-in time, should advise the hotel with a notation of expected arrival time. An additional x% of the *insert first/one nights’* booking price will be charged as an early check-in fee.  Requests for Checking-in prior to 10.a.m. on the day of arrival will be treated as a Preponed Arrival Extension.

Late Check-out: Subject to availability; To have a guaranteed late check-out, guests are requested to advise the hotel with an indication of their intended departure time. Any check-outs after the hotel’s check-out time, will be subject to x% of the *insert last/one nights’* booking price will be charged as a late check-out fee.

Guests are advised to verify this information with the hotel front desk at the time of their check-in or during their stay. Upon arrival at the hotel, please reconfirm your departure date and check-out time with the front desk to avoid any additional charges or penalties. Requests for Checking-out after 2.p.m. on the day of departure will be treated as a Postponed Departure Extension.

Preponed Arrival Extension: Subject to availability; Guests who wish to have access to their rooms prior to the reservation’s check-in date and time, should advise the hotel with a notation of expected arrival date & time X hours prior to new date/time of arrival. Pre-payment of *Insert X-nights’* booking price will be charged as a fee.

Postponed Departure Extension: Subject to availability; To have a guaranteed extension of their reservation, guests are requested to advise the hotel with an indication of their intended departure date X hours prior to new date of departure. Pre-payment of *Insert X-nights’* booking price will be charged as a fee.

Pre-registration to Arrival (at the time of check-in) non-guaranteed:  Pre-payment for the reservation is required. Subject to availability; guests who wish to secure their rooms at the reservation’s check-in date and time, should advise the hotel with a notation. Pre-registration without amendments to stay dates do not incur any additional fee. A pre-registration results in checking-in to the existing reservation and is subject to its terms & conditions.

Reservation Modification Prior to Checking-in: Please note that a change in the stay’s type, plan, length, dates, or guest’s name of your reservation may result in a rate change.

Reservation Modification After Checking-in: Please note that once a guest has checked-in or pre-registered a change in the stay’s type, plan, length, dates, or guest’s name of your reservation will incur a penalty and the full stay will be charged.

Personal Belongings: All personal belongings, items and effects during the stay are at the guests own responsibility and the hotel or it’s staff shall not be accountable for the loss, theft, damage, or any incidentals thereof.

Child Policy: Children below 12 years of age stay free when accompanied by an adult; utilizing existing bedding.

Identification: Please provide proof of eligibility for your rate (such as a membership card, corporate or government identification card, and/or proof of your age).

Tax: Rates are inclusive of 10% Government GST (Goods & Services Tax)

Currency & Tax: Above rates are in PGK and inclusive of 10% Government GST (Goods and Services Tax).

Date & Time: All dates & times are local to the hotel.   

Extra Bed Policy: Extra beds incur an additional cost of K110 & are subject to availability. (Only available for particular room types).

Baby Cot Policy: Baby cots are complimentary, subject to availability and only available for certain room types.

Airport transfer policy: Please provide your flight number along with arrival and/or departure – time at the time of booking. If there are any updates, please inform us 24hrs prior to the day of arrival and/or departure (reservations are subjected to booking policies).
