Airport transfer

Please ensure to provide your flight number along with arrival and/or departure – time, at the time of booking. If there are any updates, please inform us 24hrs prior to the day of arrival and/or departure (reservations are subjected to booking policies).

Early Check-In

Subject to availability; guests who wish to have immediate access to their rooms prior to the selected Hotel’s check-in time, should advise the selected Hotel with a notation of expected arrival time. An additional {{EARLY_CHECKIN}}% of one nights’ reservation’s price will be charged as an early check-in fee. Requests for checking-in prior to 10.a.m. on the day of arrival will be treated as an ‘Extension by Preponed Arrival’ and require a pre-payment as per the hotels rates and policies.

Late arrival (Pre-registration)

In the event a guest’s charges are covered by a Credit Policy or paid for in full, guests who wish to secure their rooms at the reservation’s check-in date & time, but prior to their arrival, should advise the hotel with a notation. A pre-registration without amendments to stay dates or check-in time do not incur any additional fee. A pre-registration results in checking-in to the existing reservation and is subject to its terms & conditions. Pre-registration to arrival can be made in conjunction with Early Check-In or Extension by Preponed Arrival, subject to additional charges, terms & conditions.

Extension by Preponed

Arrival Subject to availability; guests who wish to have access to their rooms prior to 10:00 a.m. on the reservation’s check-in date and time, should advise the selected Hotel with a notation of expected arrival date & time 48 hours prior to new date/time of arrival. Pre-payment for the extra nights will be charged as applicable. An Extension by Preponed Arrival is an extension of the existing reservation and is subject to its terms & conditions.

Early Departure Fee

One night’s room and tax will be billed to a guest who departs prior to the date confirmed at check-in. The fee will be automatically posted to the guest folio, on or after departure. Emergency and other special circumstance situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Late Check-Out

Subject to availability; to have a guaranteed late check-out, guests are requested to advise the selected Hotel with an indication of their intended departure time. Check-outs after the selected Hotel’s check-out time will be subject to {{EARLY_CHECKOUT}}% PGK (Including taxes), being charged as a late check-out fee. Guests are advised to verify this information with the selected Hotel front desk at the time of their check-in or during their stay. Upon arrival at the selected Hotel, please reconfirm your departure date and check-out time with the front desk to avoid any additional charges. Requests for Checking-out after 2.p.m. on the day of departure will be treated as an ‘Extension by Postponed Departure’.

Extension by Postponed Departure Subject to availability; to have a guaranteed extension of their reservation, guests are requested to advise the selected Hotel with an indication of their intended departure date 24 hours prior to new date of departure. Personal Belongings

All personal belongings, items, and effects during the stay and/or event are at the guests own responsibility and the selected Hotel or its’ staff shall not be accountable for the loss, theft, damage, or any incidentals thereof.

Child policy

Children below *12* years of age stay free when accompanied by an adult; utilizing existing bedding. Identification Please provide proof of eligibility for your rate (such as a membership card, corporate or government identification card, and/or proof of your age).

Currency & Tax

Above rates are in PGK and inclusive of *10%* *Government GST (Goods and Services Tax)*. A letter of authorization from the Papua New Guinea Internal Revenue Commission is required to claim goods and services tax exemption.
